I am a register BACP qualified Integrative therapist with over a decade of experience working with a broad spectrum of clients. Integrative therapy draws from many sources in the belief that no one approach has all the truth.
I can work with you to gain a better understanding of how you experience difficulties and help you manage them differently.
I have a PgDip in Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy, as well as a BA in Integrative and Humanistic Counselling and a Diploma is Therapeutic Counselling. I have done additional training in working with survivors of sexual violence.
I worked for the following organisations:
NHS as Primary Care Counsellor and Psychosexual Therapist.
- The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre.
- Bereavement Agency.
I work with heterosexual and LGBTQ individuals and couples, I offer a safe and neutral space in which you can explore the issues and together we can find resolutions and a way forward.
Finding a counsellor that is right for you is not always easy. However the most important aspect of therapy and what I believe makes it the most successful is the relationship between the client and the therapist.
