Cognitive Behavioural Therapy explores our thoughts, behaviours, emotions and our physical wellbeing and helps us understand how they can interact with each other to maintain a mental health problem. It is a goal oriented and collaborative way of addressing our problems. This work is done within a compassionate and supportive relationship with your therapist.

ABOUT

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP). I have 7 years of experience of working in mental health settings within the NHS. I have experience working with a range of mental health difficulties such as Depression and Anxiety. I am able to offer both remote and face to face sessions.
